Games and Competitions
Special Olympics has a four-year competition cycle for summer and winter sports, giving athletes the chance to compete regionally, provincially, nationally, and internationally. Special Olympics BC Locals and Provincial Office also host competitions throughout the year across the province.

- 2027 Special Olympics BC Provincial Winter Games - TBC
- 2028 Special Olympics Canada National Winter Games – TBC
- 2029 Special Olympics International World Winter Games – Switzerland

- 2024 Summer Regional Qualifiers
- 2025 Special Olympics BC Summer Games– Prince George
- 2026 Special Olympics Canada Summer Games – Medicine Hat, Alberta
- 2027 Special Olympics World Summer Games – Santiago, Chile
